Honestly cannot recommend these gentle giants enough, we had they most amazing time renovating our home home with Luke, Jerry and the team. As first time buyers, with no family in the trades, we were nervous to find a builder and get started but from the second they stepped into our home they bought into the vision and helped guide us through it. At no point did anyone make us feel like we were in the way or asking a stupid question, they helped us learn about the process and kept us in the loop at every stage. We had so much fun working with everyone and cannot wait to be calling them back again. (p.s they really love a jam doughnut)

I hired Jake(Elite) to complete a laminate flooring, which he did partially, but he failed to finish it. He took the payment, promising to return the next day to complete the work, but never showed up. It’s been over three weeks, and despite repeated calls and messages on WhatsApp, he has ignored all attempts at contact. On top of that, he has cheated me, he purchased extra materials from a local shop and claimed it cost £50, but when I asked for a receipt, he promised to provide it later and never did. This feels very dishonest and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend his services to anyone. Avoid him if you want reliable and honest work!

Tom completed a stud wall with excellent professionalism. He managed to quote up the day after we spoke. Hassle free he completed the work we asked or have and also some small additional jobs. Rachel did fantastic work for us. She came round and listened to what we wanted, gave advice, was happy for us to follow up with more details or changes to the original discussion and gave us a good idea of her expected delivery date. When she arrived to install the pieces (a wall-length floor to ceiling set of bookcases and some alcove cupboards with shelving above) she and her colleague got on with the job quickly and efficiently and left the rooms spotless. The actual pieces were exactly as we had wanted and look really excellent. I would recommend Rachel unreservedly as a first-rate Carpenter.
