Vasyl arrived on time to quote for the job. He was polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We agreed a date for the job and he arrived on time and got started immediately. He removed the old carpet and repaired the creaking stairs. He also tidied up as he went. On removing the carpet he was able to revise in my favour his original quote which I was obviously happy about. I am absolutely delighted with his workmanship which was neat and professional and have asked him to do additional jobs.

I also work in bespoke furniture making, bringing to life what people want, built in wardrobe, tables, beds etc. My name is Perri, I am a skilled carpenter with 10 years of experience. The early part of my years being in both first and second fit carpentry and in the later years transitioned into bespoke furniture making, please take a look at the gallery to see some of the projects I have completed. This was always a passion of mine and was making furniture many years before it became my primary professional focus. I have worked in the construction industry coming up to 15 years, a large portion of that was with a building company that worked on small projects such as kitchen/bathroom installation to large projects such as loft conversions and wrap round extensions. This has allowed me to gain a lot of experience in many different building professions and work on a wide range of different property types. This passion became a business in 2019 during the COVID Pandemic when I was unable to work and needed something to occupy my mind and keep me busy. Later in 2019 I was able to return to work but continued to accept small projects and grow the business in my spare time. In April of 2022, I decided to leave my job and work full time on CliveCrafts. I have not looked back since! A big part of my company ethos is customer service, and I strive to make any job I attend be a pleasant experience for all customers. This is done first with my demeanour, being polite and conducting myself in a professional manner. Secondly, when working onsite, being sure that I am organised and leaving my working area clean and tidy upon completion of the job. Bogdan was efficient and professional. He did the few jobs that needed doing straight away and for a very competitive price. He was flexible around when I could be at home and kept me updated with when and what he was planning to do and took away all the rubbish and tidied after himself once the jobs were done. Everything was completed in the time he had set and to a good level.

Patrick provided a reasonable quote, and responded quickly once I shortlisted. He was very professional, polite and had excellent communication throughout. He checked with me before making any adjustments and made me aware of any issues to ensure I was fine with it. He did an excellent job installling the door, put down a cover to stop the carpet getting dirty when going up the stairs, and also cleaned up. Would highly recommend!!
