I'm very pleased with the two internal doors provided by Rindis Bespoke Joinery. I needed bespoke doors made as they are non standard sizing. Jorind visited my property to assess and provide a quote. He understood my requirements fully and returned a fair quote. He kept me updated about the order, double checking the colour and style of door ahead of making it. The installation of my door was superb. The team were able to keep my existing locks. The work was completed neatly and the finished products are stunning. I've now commissioned a bookcase and more internal doors.

We appreciated that we could pay using a credit card with this company. They provided nice drawings of the bedroom furniture layout including sliding doors for en-suite bathroom. We had a good communication through emails even though I would prefer to go over the design in person as I think it would be more time efficient. Even though we agreed certain type of drawers during installation we found these were changed to a different design without letting us know in advance. One of the sliding door have screws visible on the side but not on other door and one joint is unsightly but luckily it’s inside the bathroom in the corner. after the installation some of the drawers’ glued side strips started to peel. Luxiva was quick to come to fix this but it spoiled our experience.

I don't often leave reviews but my experience was so utterly awesome that I feel compelled to do so. Gabrielius is by far the best tradesman I have ever met. His attention to detail, quality, passion and enjoyment for the work he does all benefits me as the customer. He did a few things for me, hung new front door perfectly but main job was to build 2 very large fitted wardrobes. This included fitting around an awkward chimney breast and building a corner unit. Significantly cheaper than the likes of Sharpe's but with no compromise on quality, and an outstanding and beautiful finish. Gabrielius has some brilliant space saving design ideas and is ultra reliable. He starts early and stays late and has an insane work ethic. No messing about, just proper gets on with it. Trust me on this, you will not find better value or a more relaxed experience by hiring anyone else.

Having been let down by my original builder, I posted my requirements on MyBuilder.com. Simon Cranstone (Simon) responded promptly and based upon my scope of work provided an initial Projected Cost (PC) budget. The project, a house refurbishment with an additional single story rear extension was clearly no problem and a "turn key" project was agreed. I was impressed by Simon's ability to explain costings albeit PC at the outset and the realistic 10-12 timeline for completion of works. My original architect was replaced by another on Simon's recommendation ensuring that the relevant Thames Water and Building Regulation/Control exchanges/requirements were met. Simon or the builders onsite dealt professionally with all the challenges arising whether it was unexpected drain works, appalling weather and even business as usual neighbour concerns. Although the PC budget was exceeded by some 30%, these were as a result of Building Control requirements and project scope creep by myself. The project was delivered on schedule. At all times the professionalism and, craftsmanship of the builders in particular were a credit to SP Cranstone. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to do all building works and happy to provide any further feedback if required.

John fitted a side gate up against an awkward sloping wall. It looks great and is rock solid. He also did boarding in the loft. He was on time, on budget and was polite to us and respectful of the house. Would definitely recommend.
