I hired George and Andrei to refurbish a difficult and a severely damaged wooden and block wall of a living room in one of my rental properties, they both showed great competence and commitment in getting the job done in timely and efficient manner. They are honest, professional, went above and beyond to deliver a great result on a tight budget and fair charge. I’m also amazed about their knowledge in many aspects of building work (carpentry, interior decor, painting, plumbing, tiling etc). A while since the works have been done, which is the best time to give feedback. I got Fitor to do an overhaul of the 2nd bedroom after this main bedroom. Because I obviously was content with the quality of his work. Where there were snags, he rectified them without complaint. Biggest compliment is that Fitor is amiable and you can comfortably talk to him as a non-builder with him and he is sympathetic to your concerns (other builders tend to be very quick to try an add to the cost or dismiss your complaint).

We hired Lee to build alcove cupboards, shelves, various boxing in & door trimming. We couldn't be happier, he takes real pride in his work and the finish he has given us is excellent. We didn't give good guidance on what type of cupboards we wanted but Lee worked with us to get a really nice style and finish. He gave lots of advice throughout the job and even on one or two other things in the home we're working on. He's very polite and tidy and just a very easy guy to have in your home. Given he only lives around the corner from us, I hope we'll be able to hire him again down the line.
