Douglas arrived the same day I contacted him and provided a fair quote for the work that needed doing - approx 3 days work; tiling, painting, fixing shelves, clearing garden etc. He was able to start the job 2 days later and took me to get the materials as I don't have access to a car. He then worked through the weekend to get the job done - on time, on budget and to a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend Douglas and will contact him again if I ever need any more work doing! Shane was helpful,positive and extremely competent. The pre job discussions were by email to which his reply’s were quick and efficient. He turned up on the day of the job at the time he said he would, he was clean tidy and very polite, with a friendly demeanour. All in all a very nice chap who was as good as his profile suggested, on what was a very tricky job.
