Andrew built a media wall in our living room, including a faux chimney breast, floor-to-ceiling shelving and fitted cabinets. He also extended existing wall panelling in our converted garage where built-in units had previously been removed. The main carpentry work was good and the media wall was built as we had hoped. It feels solid, sturdy and well constructed. However, I was disappointed with the finishing work, particularly in the garage. Part of the agreement was to make the walls ready for decoration after the removal of units and electrical work, but the filling was rough, some filler came loose, and many areas had not been properly sanded. There were also noticeable gaps around the panelling and skirting, which remained untidy even after a return visit. The project was also not left particularly clean, with a significant amount of sawdust and debris remaining, especially in the garage. Overall, good construction work, but the finishing and details fell below expectations.

The end result of Brad's installation of my kitchen was very good overall. Brad interpreted the design well and took care to make sure that doors aligned well, and also the handles. He installed the appliances that I asked him to. He could have spent more time up front identifying what items and parts had been shipped and what should be used where, as he used some parts for other things than intended then ran out of parts where they were really intended.

We had never used Paul and his team before so we were a little worried about hiring someone new. We needn't have worried though as throughout the whole experience I found everyone very professional, talented and helpful. The level of workmanship and attention to detail is amazing. A very tidy crew, at the end of each day they made sure to leave the room in a state so we could carry on using it in the evening. If I ever need any carpentry work done in the future they will be the first people I think of, very happy with my new cabinets and shelves.

On the job day he arrived promptly, grafted away, problem solved a couple of issues that arose, and completed a high quality job within the day as promised.
