Joe, Lewis and their team seems good guys and professional when talking. Their prices were reasonable but the quality of their work falls short of acceptable standard. They completed a kitchen, a shower and a bath for me and the work looked good at first. However, within 2 years, their completed work, started falling apart and caused a major damage and leak to my property. As a result I am now in the middle of a major insurance claim to restore my property. Don't be deceived by their talking and pricing, quality matters and it costs a little bit extra. I will not recommend them.

I cannot recommend Ivan enough. He came to my place and spent a long time explaining all the different options and constraints. He's an extremely patient person and is very good at getting alignment with the customer. He protected the room he was working in thoroughly and was honest in keeping to his quote even when some complications arose. I was really happy with the standard of the work.

Shiv builders did the tiling for my bathroom. The quote was easy and done via a WhatsApp video. Price was reasonable. The job turned out to be more challenging than we first thought with uneven walls and floorboards were quite worn however they found solutions easily. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job. Always left the place tidy and very polite and professional. I then had a few additional jobs round the house such as changing door handles and fitting light pendants which they happily accommodated and again did a good job. Will definitely be using them for future work.

I hired George and Andrei to refurbish a difficult and a severely damaged wooden and block wall of a living room in one of my rental properties, they both showed great competence and commitment in getting the job done in timely and efficient manner. They are honest, professional, went above and beyond to deliver a great result on a tight budget and fair charge. I’m also amazed about their knowledge in many aspects of building work (carpentry, interior decor, painting, plumbing, tiling etc). We needed a wardrobe to hide a triangular chimney breast, it was a tricky job and some carpenters turned it down. Nicky came over, listened to what we wanted and came back with a design and some suggestions. Though he wasn't the cheapest quote, we went with him as we liked his design. Glad we did, he did a very good job. Would recommend him without hesitation.
