Gezim, was super efficient and started straight away. He sent a whole portfolio of work previously done and discussed what we wanted ahead of starting the job. He was very thorough and detail in explaining how he would complete the work. The final product is so much better than expected, exceptionally high quality work, you can see he takes pride in what he does. He was very friendly, clean and tidy, and went above and beyond. Both my wife and I were very impressed from start to finish with James. He was always on time and constantly kept us updated regarding the job.
