Andrew built a media wall in our living room, including a faux chimney breast, floor-to-ceiling shelving and fitted cabinets. He also extended existing wall panelling in our converted garage where built-in units had previously been removed. The main carpentry work was good and the media wall was built as we had hoped. It feels solid, sturdy and well constructed. However, I was disappointed with the finishing work, particularly in the garage. Part of the agreement was to make the walls ready for decoration after the removal of units and electrical work, but the filling was rough, some filler came loose, and many areas had not been properly sanded. There were also noticeable gaps around the panelling and skirting, which remained untidy even after a return visit. The project was also not left particularly clean, with a significant amount of sawdust and debris remaining, especially in the garage. Overall, good construction work, but the finishing and details fell below expectations.

We desperately needed more fitted bedroom wardrobe space, with sliding doors to enable us to discard a chest of drawers which was restricting the access to our en-suite. Richard was able to advise us of the options and materials. It was decided that the existing 2 opening door fitted wardrobe would be demolished and a new larger framework be built, with 3 sliding doors and a section made into shelving. Richard was able to supply the doors etc required. Incorporated an existing small TV into one of the shelves on an extendable tilt support and made good use of space available. The job was started on the date stated and completed to a good standard. What's more Richard took away all of the demolished materials and tidied up before leaving each day. The job was reasonably priced. We are retired and the whole "one stop" service made it a stress free experience for us. Richard appears to be multi talented and would not hesitate to use again. Thank you.

JOB WAS FOR TAKING SHAVINGS OFF 3 DOORS. Charley came immediately to view the situation and gave me a quote for the doors. He completed the work there and then. He was a very efficient, clean worker and had a super hoover to tidy the place, so there was no sign he had been. We set a appointment for the other job for which he has measured up and will get the materials. Highly recommended.

I had new kitchen worktops installed which included fitting a new inset sink with new drainage and plumbing and the removal and refitting of the oven and induction hob, all the work carried out was first class and the job was left spotlessly clean and all the rubbish was taken!
