Throughout Cyrus and his staff were reliable, kept in touch with any slight changes required, clean and so polite and respectful. I am extremely pleased with the en-suite which was finished to a very high standard and would highly recommend CV Building and Maintenance. I was also charged a very reasonable price!

Shane was helpful,positive and extremely competent. The pre job discussions were by email to which his reply’s were quick and efficient. He turned up on the day of the job at the time he said he would, he was clean tidy and very polite, with a friendly demeanour. All in all a very nice chap who was as good as his profile suggested, on what was a very tricky job. Orlando and team were absolutely incredible, I can’t recommend them more highly. They built a bookshelf, repaired some tiles around a radiator and painted my hall and wooden stairs, as well as some doors. They did a beautiful and careful job (there was ALOT of prep work needed on the walls prior to painting), were brilliant at communicating, always on time to the nearest minute and generally a 10/10 experience (and I’ve had some bad ones). I was nervous due to them being new to My Builder with only a few reviews, but they provided me with email references, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Orlando and team! You really were brilliant. 5 stars all round.

Responsive, at all hours of the day and days of the week. Did lots of little extra jobs for me and gave good advice. He ended up replacing the entire kitchen facade to give it a makeover and it looks good. Only gripe is that the billing wasn’t that transparent where we bought new materials and I never received the paperwork for the new doors, perhaps it’s still on it’s way, I haven’t followed up. Hope to use Angel again and handy to know.

Victor was great installing a new back door and frame in our Victorian property. He was good in communications before the job, really knew what he was doing and went above and beyond - even identifying and fixing some issues with damp course while he was there - to complete the job. Absolutely terrible experience & poor workmanship The only thing that this guys was worried about it’s the money , 0 f….k given about the quality. He build 2.5m tall sliding doors on 12mm mdf board & when I warned him that this door it’s not ok like this , it will bend over quickly, he’s reply was : no once it’s painted it will get stronger. What a joke what a cowboy. Now the doors on the other wardrobes are bend over & I’ve been trying to get this sorted asap, by trying to get this sorted , but this guy seems like has no intention to get back to me. I’ve given him time until the end of the week , If he don’t get back to me , I ll be left with no choice by take legal actions Be careful before you decide to work with this guy , I’m not saying that they’re not good , but I wouldn’t recommend.

Was on time for the first meeting,also took the time to listen to what we wanted then gave his ideas to us.This made the descion to ask for a quote which was given in a timely way. Once the price was agreed a start date and time was given and kept to. There was no added extras added to the quote. Excellent work left the place clean and tidy HAPPY with work.
