Tim stated on work in July 2024 doing a full bathroom make over and also skim hall stairs and landing plus overboard and skim ceiling in our bedroom and kim hall stairs and landing plus supply and fit 8 4 panel white doors and handles and hinges we paid Tim £11.000 pounds for this work the bathroom had a leak and 1 wall had to be reskimed the plaster cracked On the wall he had to skim it again he cut the bathroom door on the piss and it had to go in the skip some of the door handles came loose because the screws he used bent on the lock as he screwed them in some of the doors he cut were out he blamed the frames 3 of the doors Tim took with him until our kitchen had been done but when we went to get them fitted they had warped so we had to pay for 3 new doors I have asked Tim to refund the money for the doors but no answer all of this bad work went on for 6 months keep calling him back I had to threaten him with court I would not use TPM at all there are better firms out there

We hired Paul to fit a door and frame in our understairs space, and he did a great job. He was great in repsonding to our initial requests and gave us several options available. He was really clear and transparent with his prices and again gave us several options so we could get the job done how we wanted and at a great price. Not only were our specifications adhered to, Warren and his team really went the extra mile adding those little extra details, which make it something truly unique. Communication was absolutely excellent. We were informed throughout the process, including updates and photos. With working full time, they were happy for us to contact them on an evening or weekend. Many thanks to Dean and his team. They were all very polite, trustworthy and tidy. The best part about this family business is that they can have many talents. My bathroom was stripped, boarded, plastered, tiled, and my new suite went in. Pipework was moved my door was hung from the other side of the frame, you name it they can do it! Tiled to perfection, paid attention to detail and thoroughly an excellent job. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are brothers with a superb working relationship.
