Hello my name is Paul French I have been involved in property renovation and management for over 20 years. I specialise in internal finishing on projects, from full refurbishment to small repairs. My expertise is in joinery, flooring, decoration and making custom fitted furniture- wardrobes & kitchens. Most of my experience has come from renovating properties that require full modernisation and ongoing maintenance call-outs. Modernisation often requires solutions to mould, ventilation, power, heating and kitchens/bathrooms in need of replacement. Ongoing maintenance work is always varied. I pride myself on quality, detail and using best in class materials. I will always be clear when a job is outside of my skill set and make recommendations where possible. My goal is to offer a great service at a great price. For small maintenance jobs requiring up to one hour labour, charge would be £65 plus costs, up to two hours £95 plus costs. Any job requiring more than two hours will be given a fixed price quote.

Workshop and site experience, my "can-do" attitude and excellent teachers enabled me to expand my skills, helping me become more of a multitrader.
