I hired Martin to install a new kitchen, utility room, and a bedroom window seat during my bungalow refurbishment. When I saw the results of his work I asked him to also fit the bathroom furniture, fully tile the bathroom, and do the tiling in the kitchen and utility room. It was immaculate. So it turned out Martin was pivotal to the whole operation. Martin is highly skilled and a very talented man. He’s also really knowledgeable and steered me towards a much better company than the one I was originally using. He goes over and above in every way and his work has been admired by everyone. All at a reasonable price. Martin is nice to be around, reliable and just gets the job done with a minimum of fuss. He also found some products for me which I had been unable to source and this saved a lot of money. I can’t wait to have Martin back for any other work I can find him in the future. 🙂 I recommend Martin 100%

Moving to North Essex from further afield we did not have any contacts to carry out carpentry and refurbishment works to freshen up our newly purchased house, luckily we found Paul Brandl- Fine Grain Carpentry on 'My Builder' and asked him to quote for some carpentry projects. We cannot speak highly enough of Paul's skilled work and professionalism, from the very first meeting to discuss the work required, Paul went to lengths to understand the look we wanted to achieve, he also put forward some suggestions based upon his trade experience. Paul then supplied us with drawings and a quotation to carry out the works. Paul gave us a start date and timeline which he stuck to. Paul was so friendly and polite and also very respectful of the fact he was working in our home. Paul's work has been exemplary and to the highest standard from start to finish. Many people that have seen the work Paul has carried out for us, have been so impressed they have asked us for his details, for projects on their homes. Without any hesitation we really recommend Paul for any carpentry projects.

Excellent builders who were always on time, clean, polite and if they could not be on site would let me know and why.They employ a great billing system so you can see how much materials and labour cost with a complete breakdown. They will listen to your ideas and with their vast knowledge input their experience in building and any pit falls you might encounter. I am totally satisfied with our new extension which has given our house a new lease of life.I will be employing them again to refurbish our bathroom. Strongly recommend them to anyone who wants builders they can trust.

I can’t rate Luke highly enough. He did an absolutely incredible job creating some beautiful bespoke doors, drawers, shelving and pipe covering for our kitchen. He was really friendly, explained the process from start to finish and was super tidy. He is obviously very highly skilled and takes pride in his work.
