My initial meeting with Chris was a discussion about a possible quirky bespoke pergola. Although I didn't have a design to show him, it was a case of chatting through my thoughts and Chris seemed to just 'get it'. After working out some measurements of timber/space/time/dates etc. I promptly received a quote. After a couple of afterthought queries which were dealt with very promptly I was reassured enough to take a leap of faith and trust in Chris's assertion that if I changed my mind at any stage regarding the design it would not be a problem. Chris and his excellent right hand man Elliot turned up on time and worked solidly for two days with a smile and cheery nature (even though an initial delivery and supplier had let them down). The temperature fluctuated by 10 degrees throughout both days but their temperament remained the same. We liaised on every next step of the job which just seemed to evolve naturally and smoothly. They are a great team. They were prompt, hard working, cheery, polite, tidy, efficient and professional. Despite me not having a concrete design up front and things getting added which Chris went out of his way to supply, the price was the same as the quote. We are extremely happy with the result and I have to give Chris credit where it's due.....Yes you are a magician with wood. Thank you. We are looking forward to seeing equal magic performed next year when we invite you back to lay a patio.

Mark fitted 10 doors with fittings, including making adjustments to frames. The work was carried out well within the stated time and the finished work is excellent. Disruption was kept to a minimum, and Mark cleaned up each day to ensure that we didn't come home to a building site. Highly recommended.

I could not recommend MSA renovations any higher, from start to finish mateusz was very professional and very easy to get on with. The work mateusz did for us was amazing. We had an idea of what we wanted and mateusz did better, he gave really good advice when it came to the space we had and really good storage. Mat was very clean while working and always cleaned up before he left. The work did take longer than we discussed but that was our fault and mateusz was very understanding and worked around us and our needs. We will definitely be using him again.

Lovely guy and very efficient. However, the fire door fitting was not compliant, and building control refused to sign them off. I was unable to get Jack to come back and resolve the issue, and it cost me a further £800 to fix.

Hello,I'm Tom Robinson of TR Carpenty.I started out doing a 3 year carpentry and joinery apprenticeship at Guilford collage alongside working in a joinery workshop in Fleet,Hamsphire. Ive now been in the trade 24 years. Once i'd qualified from collage i stuck around the joinery shop for another year and then made the move out to work for a property maintanence company mostly doing repairs and door replacments and any other carpentry that needed attention.After doing this for a couple of years i moved onto construction sites doing all aspects of carpentry from erecting partition walls and cutting roofs through to second fix including wardrobes,cabinet ,skirtings ,architraves , staircases and door hanging. After many years on site i decided to move into insurance work for a well establised insurance company , mainly doing kitchen but also included all aspects of carpentry. During this insurance work i had to travel a fair bit which is not to much of an issue for me. I consider myself to have a wide range of skills aquired from my experence across a number of construction enviroments,whilst i enjoy all aspects of carpentry i believe my best skills are working with sheet materials and natural wood when making cupboards,media walls etc

Svilen saved me during a really bad refurbishment. He shows up before I even get to the house so I have had to leave him a key because I'm always late lol. His work is very clean and precise. He keeps receipts and is very transparent about what he can and cannot do. I initially hired him to finish fitting my kitchen and he ended up fitting all my doors and architraves, turned my ikea wardrobe into a fitted wardrobe, created a door for my utility room, fitted a howdens larder cupboard for my boiler. All in all a stand up guy that God sent at a crazy time. Thank you Svilen!
