Mark was absolutely brilliant! He did an amazing job fitting custom made shelves. He has an eye for detail and the finishing is great. We ordered the wrong size of blinds and he kindly trimmed and fitted them. He is really professional and friendly and always willing to help with other requests. We recommend him a 1000%.

I hired this carpenter for a job 4 weeks ago and the experience has been disappointing. The job date was cancelled or rescheduled around five times for various reasons, including weather, wrong door sizes, and no-shows. Despite paying upfront for the materials (doors), one door was left packaged while the other was cut up and discarded because it did not fit. Since then, the carpenter has disappeared and does not respond to calls or messages. His company phone number is also unreachable. I requested a refund but have received no response. I was told he was robbed of his tools, but this does not excuse the unprofessional handling of the job. I am very disappointed and plan to report this to Trading Standards. I would caution others against hiring this carpenter.
