The quality of his workmanship is top notch. Both Colin and his assistant Jordan were tidy, considerate and didn't leave any mess. I've booked him for a second job next month, fitting my new kitchen....which says it all really!

Three really nice fitted wardrobes for our master and biggest spare bedroom. To preserve floor space we were able to design a tri-fold door system, that has worked really well.The exteriors are simple, but good looking. I would use TOTO Interiors again, but would ensure I was very hands on with the instructions. I assumed (perhaps naively) that measurements would be questioned before aspects of the wardrobe were made. Unfortunately it was not until the fitting that I realised the rails were not high enough to hang my jumpers without them hanging over the bottom rail (perhaps I am very tall!). By then it was too late for changes to be made without leaving damage to the structure. It's not 100% what I wanted, but it is very nice.

I was really chuffed to have found Alex on My Builder. I tried to fit as much of my kitchen myself and got to the point where I required assistance to tidy up the fitting of the units and install the worktops. This he achieved to a high standard. Alex is a really nice guy to be around and will get your project to where you need. He is super friendly, which really makes a difference and he helped show me skills along the way. Being passionate about woodwork he came armed with an impressive full spread of precision tools for the job. He quoted a detailed proposal as to what methodology would be required along with all the additional parts included in his quote. He assessed the work I had started and then worked above and beyond to fix up my kitchen to a high standard. I employed Alex for two days and he worked intensely in this period to get the job quoted done in time. His work covered the following: Level one side of pre existing kitchen units cutting out the backs neatly for existing plumbing, install the other side of units and level, cut and install various end panels and adding in additional strength where required, cut, join and install three work tops, cut out for hob and sink. Alex is without doubt added to my list of trusted tradesmen in Bristol who I will come back to should I need another project achieved in the future. Top recommendation from me.
