The job changed to full refurbishment of the bathroom. Old bathroom suite and tiles were removed and a new bathroom suite was fitted by Florin's team. Their work was clean and tidy and they were flexible and accommodating to our changing demands and style. For the quality of work that they delivered, Florin and his team proved to be good value for money and would be happy to use them again.

Ciaran presented himself very well, his website looked very professional, he came prepared with sketches and invoices. Please be advised, he is a young carpenter with very little experience which became evident half way through the project. I had to raise it with Trading Standards. His quote for the job was extremely high (over £1700 for 2 shelves and a folding door), but as I was promised a great looking finish, I decided to go ahead and book him. Half way through the install I started noticing all the issues around the design and build of the items: dimensions were wrong, materials chosen were wrong, there were nails coming through, the wooden panels were wonky and warped, chipped and broken, he forgot the wardrobe door will need a frame, which caused a delay to the project, etc. Ciaran came across as a dishonest trader: he refused to provide me with receipts for materials bought and, on some occasions, charged 6 times more than it costs online. He left the job unfinished and refused to issue a refund for all the mistakes made. Ciaran argued his workmanship is great and offered a tiny refund of a couple of hundred pounds as a goodwill gesture denying any liability for the poorly executed items or services or overcharged material costs. He offered to fix some items FOC however because of the poor workmanship experienced, as well as how stressful this was, I refused all free of charge offers.

Working with Andrzej to get the bespoken shelf unit and boiler wall unit in my kitchen was a pleasure. I gave him some sketches and measurements of what I wanted that he priced up before visiting my property to discuss the design in more detail and offer suggestions that clearly come with years of experience. Time from quote to fitting the finished pieces was less than two weeks. I really couldn't be happier with the finished units. The quality and finish is amazing. He and his team tidied up after installing the units and left my kitchen as they found it. I'd definitely recommend.

This feedback is a little premature as due to my fault, there are still 2 doors to install (which Esat has agreed to do once i get them) but feel totally comfortable rating the finished job now. Very pleased with the boxing in, door frames, shelf units and the 4 doors he has installed so far. What i would commend him for above all else though is the care he takes around my newly installed floors, kitchen painted walls etc....my huge issue with other trades are how they show such a casual attitude to protecting what has already been done....the first thing Esat has done each day is lay down decent protection on the floors without being asked :) So...reasonable prices....good attitude.....good standards...easy to trust in my home. Would recommend with no hesitation. I intend to use Esat for all remaining woodwork jobs in my current refurb if he is available. thanks
