We hired Collins to install a large, heavy acrylic sign on the exterior of our preschool building, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, they were both professional, friendly, and clearly took great pride in their work. Despite the weight and awkwardness of the sign (even for two people), they took their time to ensure it was securely and perfectly positioned, with a real focus on getting the details right. I am happy to be able to give Pierre his first review on My Builder.... I was really pleased to find Pierre. He is such a nice person, very honest, punctual and hard working. From initially wanting someone to build a small cupboard in our attic, the job grew... he also helped us lay a floor and put down some laminat in the attic. His back ground in architecture was very helpful as he raised questions and consequently influenced the design of the space to something different and better than we would otherwise have done. He can turn his hand to anything; we've already had him back to hang a door and build some shelves. We are very pleased with the jobs he did.

My initial meeting with Chris was a discussion about a possible quirky bespoke pergola. Although I didn't have a design to show him, it was a case of chatting through my thoughts and Chris seemed to just 'get it'. After working out some measurements of timber/space/time/dates etc. I promptly received a quote. After a couple of afterthought queries which were dealt with very promptly I was reassured enough to take a leap of faith and trust in Chris's assertion that if I changed my mind at any stage regarding the design it would not be a problem. Chris and his excellent right hand man Elliot turned up on time and worked solidly for two days with a smile and cheery nature (even though an initial delivery and supplier had let them down). The temperature fluctuated by 10 degrees throughout both days but their temperament remained the same. We liaised on every next step of the job which just seemed to evolve naturally and smoothly. They are a great team. They were prompt, hard working, cheery, polite, tidy, efficient and professional. Despite me not having a concrete design up front and things getting added which Chris went out of his way to supply, the price was the same as the quote. We are extremely happy with the result and I have to give Chris credit where it's due.....Yes you are a magician with wood. Thank you. We are looking forward to seeing equal magic performed next year when we invite you back to lay a patio.

I have never had a floor fail on me and have never been called back because the customer was not happy. I can solve damp problems, cracked screed and leveling of screeds I have undertaken many large projects such as London School of Economics, Harrods and Diesel stores I am fairly priced and think I offer value for money for my customers I have 100s of recommendations and testimonials if you would like to see them please just ask.
