Rob did everything as he said he would and on the agreed dates. He was a knowledgeable and considerate builder who was more than willing to discuss the work and listen to the customer. I was very happy with the quality of Rob's work (in challenging conditions). He was tidy and left the site in very good order. Not only that, he also took parcels in when we went on holiday for a few days! I would have no hesitation in hiring him again.

I cannot speak more highly of the quality, the exceptional standard of the pointing work alongside the professional advice and support offered from the beginning. The two guys working very closely together advised and suggested solutions to a not straightforward job and the end result is outstanding. We are very happy. The team were excellent communicators, were clear and upfront, worked incredibly hard, were friendly and very personable yet respectful and discreet and always left the site clean and tidy. But most importantly the quality of the pointing, the brick restoration where required and the washing down of the front of the house were 10 out of 10. I cannot recommend them more highly and am delighted I chose Revive Restoration. Thank you guys! A great job completed in record time and I add that you were flexible and responsive to our needs eg working weekends and additional hours in the day. Much appreciated. In fairness, I have to give 3 stars, as unfortunately, the work was due to start mid April, but the builder had to cancell due to unforseen circumstances. Upto that point contact was good and always polite. I trust things will work out for them.
