NEVER USE Got on well at the start - worked very hard with all his team and we were very please with progress until he went on holiday and haven't been able to contact him since beginning of August. We have been left with no end of problems including basicially re-wiring all of what we had paid for, 2 fireplaces not working, patio and drive not finished and all paid for

Lee repointed the gable ends of our stone house and repaired part of the garden wall. He completed the work on time, did an excellent job and also took care over clearing up at the end.

Had this gentleman out to do a job to fill in some holes at the side of building. Seemed pleasant and said he could do the job the next day. Job was completed and satisfactory. While he was here he saw some rubbish at the back of the building and said he knew someone who could collect it - he said he would contact him and get back to me. After a few texts I was told Ryan was coming to collect the rubbish the following day for £50 and that Karl would kindly come to collect Ryan’s £50 that same afternoon. When he came, he went to check the rubbish had gone and it appeared to have. But when I looked outside from the back window - realised the rubbish had been simply thrown into a bush on the back of building. Karl come back and promised it would get sorted and said he was on phone to Ryan. I said I want my money back and he said he would tell him. After checking cameras I saw it was in fact Karl, in his van with another male (possibly Ryan) who “collected/dumped” the rubbish and then refused to refund my money. I was simply told to contact Ryan who didn’t answer my calls. He did come back to collect rubbish on the 3rd day (after he had said I could have my money back) but saw no sign of the money. In terms of his building work it was fair but I feel he was dishonest in the whole rubbish situation so I wouldn’t trust him again.

Mohammed quoted for the job three weeks ago and I confirmed that I was accepting his quote the same day. I have not heard from Mohammed since re a date for the job. I have tried to phone, text and contact via 'my Builder' but have not received any response which is disappointing. Not sure what has gone wrong here but this has not been a good experience for me and I couldn't recommend Mohammed to others.

Chris came over and seemed very professional, however, since then I know he's not. Chris quoted us a 4 weeks estimate for the works, however took 10 weeks all in all. Chris said he would have someone on site to work every day and that he wasn't doing others jobs, however days went by with no works carried out and he was really hard to reach at times. Since the jobs been completed he is now holding me ransom for extra pay for works he claims I haven't paid for which I have (and some of this work were repair jobs to damages him and his men caused). I have had 2 plumbers out since to fix leaks and both have called him a cow boy. He hasn't returned my house keys and wont give me my gas certificate (and also tried holding back the electrical certificates at one point - which I went behind his back to get). It was cash-in-had so no tax for him to pay. He is also now threatening me with legal action. The guy is a JOKE. DO NOT USE!

I would like to thank you Johnny for the fantastic job you have done, Johnny came out and looked at the job the day after my posting, he managed to patch in my very old pebble dashing after having a window moved and the back door blocked up, he worked full days in this cold damp weather to get the job finished, I also had a brick step put outside of the patio doors and a lovely brick planter built Johnny even suggested putting some capping on top which finished it off very nicely, he even brought me some soil and put it and the plants I had, into the planter for me, cleaned and washed the yard out, so when I got home there was nothing for me to do, I was very impressed he didn't have to do all that, the price was as quoted, I have already asked for a quote for another job that I need done.

I have hired Miah for doors and moulding the quality of the work was good. Only negative on that job was that Miah disappeared for few days without contacting me, communication was pretty bad. I have also hired Miah for a kitchen fitting from Howdens and that was not the best idea I had. He came with a fitter who was ok but they really have done the minimum and forgot many parts. After 1 year, I have now doors that do not work and it both Miah and Howdens fault. Howdens is taking responsability to fix it and tried to contact Miah today. Miah said that he will not help and that he could not care less. This attitude is not professional to my opinion and this is why I have decided to leave this feedback 1 year after the work being completed.
