We appointed HWB to carry out a full refurbishment on our house, this involved re-gutting the interior and building an extension and loft conversion plus some landscaping in the garden. We spoke to many builders but finally appointed HWB based on their previous projects and professionalism. Appointing builders for any work is always difficult however we are delighted that we went with HWB. Throughout the project they have demonstrated high levels of professionalism, were very organised and worked to very high standards. They were collaborative throughout the whole project and kept us informed at every stage. As the project developed there were some changes made and HWB were flexible and open to new instructions made by us, as well as giving us valuable advice. Farag, Ayoub and the HWB team were always available to answer any questions and provided us with constant feedback on progress as well as identify new solutions to aid the development. They have a great team of workers who work to a high standard and are supervised throughout the project. We made the right decision going with HWB Construction and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are so happy we chose to go with Iver construction to do the extension of our home. We shortlisted a few construction companies but liked the way that Mr Sanghani came over to explain their quote and went through how they would go about the job and was able to answer all the small questions I had about how I wanted things to be done. Very professional. The team was also very professional and very hard working. Everyday there would be some sort of noticeable work. they are a tidy team and would tidy any mess made. Obviously with all the dust that an extension can cause there was still some dust left but they cleaned up as much as possible which we appreciated. The communication with Mr Sanghani was very good. He would always pick up the phone when I called or call me back if he was busy no matter what time or day. After the job was completed when I had a few minor problems like cracks they came back to fix these . Even whilst building if there was something I did not like they would do their best to make changes. All in all very good, friendly and hard working builders. I have already recommended them to loads of my friends and family. Can not fault their construction skills.

We hired Luca for a job that involved a variety of work across our entire flat. Being totally new to renovation work and having been stung by other builders, meeting Luca was a breath of fresh air – he was friendly, helpful and honest. Luca did an great job for a very reasonable price. He’s fairly new to contracting bigger jobs, but he’s got a lot of previous experience as a tradesman and his plastering in particular was perfect – we’ve had loads of compliments on the quality of his walls and ceilings. He was always on time, always communicated with us fully, and was a pleasure to have around the flat. He made a real effort to keep disruption as minimal as possible and was very patient with us about stuff needing to be moved from one place to another. It wasn’t the easiest job and there were a couple of problems and extras, but Luca takes a lot of pride in his trade and worked extremely hard to keep us happy. We had a couple of plumbing issues arise but he went well above and beyond to resolve them, coming back for 2 days after the job was due to be finished to make sure that everything was working properly. This is far more than we expected, and we did really trust that Luca wasn’t the sort of person that would leave anything unfinished. We’re so chuffed that we met Luca and with the excellent work he did, and would love to work with him again. Luca is going to go on to big things, so if you get the chance to hire him now, we'd recommend him without hesitation.

Super happy with the job that Jignesh has done for us at home. I needed a wall to be insulated and the outer materials to be replaced as well as the decking to be readjusted, cleaned and painted once the job on the outer wall was finished. The job was extremely professionally and swiftly done. Jignesh provided a clear quote at a reasonable price and he did everything as per the discussed plan. As the job would take a few days to complete (as some materials needed to dry before continuing), Jignesh was calling and checking on this, so he could come back and complete the job. I loved the fact that I didn't have to be chasing him to get it finished as he was super proactive. The end product looks amazing by the way. I would and will hire him again without question for further jobs. I highly recommend him.

Our brick garden wall was collapsing and I contacted Richard Fitzgerald for a quotation. I'd already had a few quotes from other builders, some of whom had told me I needed work doing that didn't need doing! I found Richard to be trustworthy. He provided a competitive quote. He managed to source bricks that matched the colour of the adjoining wall, gave us a detailed breakdown of the work he would do, and didn't ask for any payment in advance. He built a strong brick wall with a concrete support wall behind. The finished wall is excellent and we are very happy with the work he and his team have done. On finishing the work the premises were left clean and tidy. I am very happy to recommend him.
