We hired James to clean the bricks on the front of our old Victorian house and then repoint them as a few of them were starting to let in water. Multiple bricks were broken and needed to be replaced / resurfaced. He arrived early on a Saturday morning and worked non stop all day. He then did the same on Sunday and finished the job. He did a great job. He is very polite and professional, works incredibly hard, knows what he's doing, and was very easy to work with. He even dealt with the inevitable rude/awkward neighbour! I should add - pricing was very transparent. I can recommend James.
