After a long selection process, we decided on Muhammad Ansari of Panoramic Homes, and now the project has been completed, we ( as a family ), are happy and pleased we made the right choice. Trust, workmanship, good solid project management, and friendly reliable builders were all attributes we were looking for. All their references checked out, and came highly recommended ( which was important for me ), as I know I wouldn't be on site everyday. Our project was a rear extension, plus garden overhaul, plus a new drive, and a new front porch. Mo and Tonys team really did an excellent job and I we can't stop praising them to our friends and families . While the project was during the start of the pandemic, and continued throughout 2020, The team respected all the rules of engagement with the build, and my family during this difficult period. Which we very much appreciated ( especially the children ). We hired James to clean the bricks on the front of our old Victorian house and then repoint them as a few of them were starting to let in water. Multiple bricks were broken and needed to be replaced / resurfaced. He arrived early on a Saturday morning and worked non stop all day. He then did the same on Sunday and finished the job. He did a great job. He is very polite and professional, works incredibly hard, knows what he's doing, and was very easy to work with. He even dealt with the inevitable rude/awkward neighbour! I should add - pricing was very transparent. I can recommend James.

After speaking to Andrew he came out the next day in the evening to repair a damaged wall that was a health and safety issue. His communication was good and he's very personable. The repair to the wall was excellent and I'm very pleased with the end result. Andrew is efficient, tidy and professional also his price was really good. I needed a shed done and Ranjit and the team provided a competitive quote and explained everything they would do. They arrived on time for all meetings and when the work started, worked solid every day, completing the work in good time. Shed was built to a good standard and the quality of work was very good. They tried to keep things clean and tidy and once finished left the garden clean of rubble. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a shed or similar.

Hammer de silva provided a garage conversion quote and literally contacted every day saying he needed the job. After getting the job , I told him we need to go through building control to make sure everything is done in properly. There was about 2- 3 week delay because of building control . This guy keep taking multiple jobs and it’s more than one year and he’s still not finished with the job. He’s only done half of the job and keep coming up with excuses, he told us his wife being severely ill, his daughter being pregnant and needed help with delivery, other financial problems and endless excuses. In between he increased the price of job and took more money from us. He takes money spends it and doesn’t come back to work saying he doesn’t have money and need to find another job as well. Because of his careless work, I couldn’t use my utility room, decking area properly for over a year now costing so much stress and grief, might have to seek legal action if not finished in 2,3 weeks
