I have been bricklaying and building for 37 years now, undertaking all aspects of the trade. I am also a gold card CSCS holder, as I was requested to gain the NVQ qualification as well as my previous qualifications, when I worked at Leeds College of Building. I work to a high standard and can undertake, new builds, extensions, garden walls, renovations and restoration work. I have also taught the subject as well as assisted in writing books for students on the trade. I particularly enjoy doing the more decorative aspects of bricklaying such as curved and radial and patterned brickwork.

Pitched roof tiling examples include double Roman tiles, single pan and double pan tiles, clay rosemary tiles. Pitched roof slate examples include natural slate, Spanish slate, Canadian slate and cedral fibre cement slates. Also experienced with lead work, such as full chimney lead replacement, various step flashings and bay windows. Further experience includes soffits and fascias and guttering. Examples include half round, deep flow, O,G, squared and Twinplast. Experienced also in re-pointing work, such as full house re-pointing, garden wall re-pointing and garage re-pointing. Standards and finishes all to a high standard and always with customer satisfaction in mind.
