Brandon was prompt in quoting and carrying out the work. However he overlooked replacing the vent in the fascia. When I contacted him he promised to come over and rectify the problem. He did not turn up on the agreed day and has not responded to any of my messages. He was very keen for me to pay in cash and promised me a receipt. I am still waiting for it. I would not recommend Kb Solutions and would suggest using one of the other Contractors listed on this site.
