I had a clear idea in mind and already chose sanitary, tiles and most of the accessories; however I was unsure about few details such as lighting, external pipes, and how/where to add a small douche without taking away from the look I wanted. Derek quickly understood the brief, and instantly provided me with on the spot feedback and clever ideas and solutions, addressing all of my worries. After our chat, I knew he was the right person for the job. Derek was very communicative throughout the whole process and consistently went the extra mile to make sure every detail was spot-on! Dmytro replaced my retaining wall which had actually crashed under the load of plenty of heavy loam. He built it in a new design, very sound, very convincing, not at all saving labour or material. I cannot imagine my kids to live long enough to see that wall crash! He started the work when he'd said he would, he finished when he'd said he would, he left the working area always very tidy, was as unobtrousive as possible. He was always very polite, always happy to expalin what he did and to discuss what he wanted to do and why. It was a major piece of work - just under a fortnight for 3 to 4 builders. He had quoted a fair price and delivered at exactly that price. Out of 10 points, I'd give him 11!

I hired this builder for a tiling job and the experience has been very disappointing. Halfway through the work he increased the price, and I agreed to pay extra in good faith so the job could be completed to a proper standard. Unfortunately, the tiles were installed without removing the old tiles underneath, which meant they didn’t adhere properly and started peeling off soon after. When he returned to fix the issue, he used tape instead of carrying out a proper repair. The tiles are still coming away and the work is not acceptable. I’ve contacted him again to resolve it, but he has not responded. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend him. The work was poor, the fix was unprofessional, and communication has been unreliable.

Doda and his team are very professional, hard working he has done fantastic job not just on the front porch, which looks perfect and in keeping with our Victorian house features. We were so impressed with the quality of work that we kept finding other projects including a new front garden (designing, removing old slabs, levelling, tiling , picking up all materials for us), repositioning front gate. Than we moved to fixing wall in the back garden with a new decking top and removing old brick bbq and tiding up the whole garden. Doda also painted our kitchen, which had some serious cracks and the quality of this work is outstanding. Than we had new rose ceilings and new lights in some rooms. We are so happy with the quality of the work that we keep finding jobs for Doda. We also feel that Doda is a very flexible and understanding and absolutely lovely person to know as we enjoyed the chats and feel we got to know him and he us. Highly recommended, thank you Doda and your worker.

Helped me order the correct garden door and then went to pick up extra bits when the order didn't turn up correctly, for no extra cost and couldn't have been nicer about it, even though it was a pain for them. Professional Polish builders (london) ltd,?this is a suitable name for this company. They built an extension and loft for me in the time standards set. They aren’t a cheap service but the professionalism of this boys goes beyond and above. I’ve seen a lot in my life and it was the third extension I designed for myself as I’m architect. It is hard to find an honest builder who will tell you the truth about what is waiting for you during the works. The job was done relatively quickly even when I changed my mind a few times and the weather this winter was cruel but Adam and Martin were always positive so do not believe any one who gives a fixed price and time - it’s impossible to do. Adam and Martin are fantastic organizers and skillful professional builders, his team are friendly,very funny and hard working guys. Open minded guys who will tell you straight on what things you can save money on and what not to. My dog has fallen in love with them. Safety and common sense is a priority to the crew. I would recommend these boys to everyone. thanks for your help and hard work!
