Michael talks a good game, but he’s proven unreliable, unprofessional and ultimately a time waster. During the initial visit Michael said all the right things reassured me, after I explained a previous builder had let me down, that he would never do that. He pointed to his glowing reviews on MyBuilder, and based on that and his confident manner, I hired him. After waiting 10 days for work to begin, he turned up briefly, left without explanation, and never returned. Despite repeated promises and attempts to reschedule, he failed to follow through or communicate and ultimately ghosted me. His worker, Noel, showed up unannounced at 7.00 am the following morning, accessed my scaffolding, removed some items and left without any explanation or further contact which is extremely bizarre. All I asked for was a start date that suited him. Instead, he’s wasted my time, left me with additional scaffolding costs and no progress. If Michael couldn’t commit to my job, he should have just let me know

Hammer de silva provided a garage conversion quote and literally contacted every day saying he needed the job. After getting the job , I told him we need to go through building control to make sure everything is done in properly. There was about 2- 3 week delay because of building control . This guy keep taking multiple jobs and it’s more than one year and he’s still not finished with the job. He’s only done half of the job and keep coming up with excuses, he told us his wife being severely ill, his daughter being pregnant and needed help with delivery, other financial problems and endless excuses. In between he increased the price of job and took more money from us. He takes money spends it and doesn’t come back to work saying he doesn’t have money and need to find another job as well. Because of his careless work, I couldn’t use my utility room, decking area properly for over a year now costing so much stress and grief, might have to seek legal action if not finished in 2,3 weeks

We recently had our garden done by Reiss and Ashley, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The work included levelling the ground with 7 tons of soil (all wheelbarrowed and bucketed in), installing stepping stones, creating a small patio, adding sleepers, laying new turf, and building a lovely planter around our old roses. The transformation has been fantastic. Reiss was great to work with; easy to communicate with, polite, punctual, and always happy to offer advice. I really valued being able to bounce ideas with him, as he took our input on board while guiding us with his experience. He is incredibly hardworking, reliable, and efficient. The quote was very quick and clear, communication was prompt, and the pricing was very fair and competitive; more reasonable than other quotes . Due to the rainy weather this prevented David from starting the work so he maintained contact with me until we found a few dry days. David was prompt and generally a pleasant guy. After a long selection process, we decided on Muhammad Ansari of Panoramic Homes, and now the project has been completed, we ( as a family ), are happy and pleased we made the right choice. Trust, workmanship, good solid project management, and friendly reliable builders were all attributes we were looking for. All their references checked out, and came highly recommended ( which was important for me ), as I know I wouldn't be on site everyday. Our project was a rear extension, plus garden overhaul, plus a new drive, and a new front porch. Mo and Tonys team really did an excellent job and I we can't stop praising them to our friends and families . While the project was during the start of the pandemic, and continued throughout 2020, The team respected all the rules of engagement with the build, and my family during this difficult period. Which we very much appreciated ( especially the children ). So if your looking for a good solid managed project, with good pricing and good workmanship, and trusted and tidy builders, then I'm happy to recommend Panoramic Homes. I needed a shed done and Ranjit and the team provided a competitive quote and explained everything they would do. They arrived on time for all meetings and when the work started, worked solid every day, completing the work in good time. Shed was built to a good standard and the quality of work was very good. They tried to keep things clean and tidy and once finished left the garden clean of rubble. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a shed or similar.
