Dmytro replaced my retaining wall which had actually crashed under the load of plenty of heavy loam. He built it in a new design, very sound, very convincing, not at all saving labour or material. I cannot imagine my kids to live long enough to see that wall crash! He started the work when he'd said he would, he finished when he'd said he would, he left the working area always very tidy, was as unobtrousive as possible. He was always very polite, always happy to expalin what he did and to discuss what he wanted to do and why. It was a major piece of work - just under a fortnight for 3 to 4 builders. He had quoted a fair price and delivered at exactly that price. Out of 10 points, I'd give him 11!
