Andy turned up on time to quote, gave me a very reasonable price and turned up on time to do the job when he said. The front of the house really let it down, as there was once a jungle growing over it. When I removed this some of the pointing decided to join the creeper. This really did stand out. Andy spent a lot of time ensuring the pointing mix matched the existing, did the job he quoted for, and in fact did more then I asked. I have to say the front of the house now looks brilliant, he completed the job a day ago, and it's difficult to see where he has patched things in. I was so impressed, I actually paid Andy more then he quoted for. I would certainly use him again, and recommend him to friends, family, neighbours etc.. Thanks Andy.

Jordan happily made several visits to make final details and even produced a coloured sketch of the proposed works! He is very quick, organised, very tidy and the finished job is excellent! Jamie did and excellent job changing the necessary brickwork at the front of the property and also repointing above the patio as well as repairing a crack above a bedroom window. He was a pleasant guy and easy to talk to. He was let down by Brandon Hire Station as they supplied an incorrect tower height. On the whole the job went smoothly

James bailed us out of a bad situation where we were left in the lerch by another plasterer and we only had a short time scale to get the job we needed doing done with in a budget. James tried to get the price as close to what the other plasterer had quoted and when ever there was any question on which would be the better way to do certain points of the house James always gave me a quick call and advised but always gave all options first. James was friendly, approachable, polite and accommodating he always reassured that things would come ok. I would highly recommend James to anyone. Thank you so much for all your hard work over the last 2 weeks I know some has been challenging but it was much appreciated that you stepped in and took the job on and just got it done.

We could not fault Darren and his teams work ethic. However the issue remains of not listening to the client and the saying of ‘the customer is always right’ does not apply here. We were quoted this:’ Morning Sam here’s the quote for the wall, - 9inch - 1m high with 4 x 1.525m high piers, LBC Claydon red brick , Blue brick to cap wall and piers.’ However we have not been provided a metre height wall from the point we requested it. It is 70cm at the end we requested the metre height, not to mention the incorrect pier height. Darren addressed this in a text ‘ the 1.52 piers in the 3rd quote where a mistake on my part as it should of read 1.25.’ He made a ‘mistake’ on the pier height and this is my fault as the customer? There was also an issue taking £100 more in labour costs than was quote, when I went to pay, I asked to confirm the amount and he was happy to take more than was quoted. I note Darren rectified this, only after an email was sent highlighting the issue. This was Overall, we are left with a wall - which was the ultimate end game, however it does not meet the discussions, nor the agreements in place. I’m sure the builder will of course say otherwise. The point stands of a quote in black and white, not being honoured.

Stanley's Landscaping carried out a complete transformation of our front garden, removing old cracked slabs, a tired gravel parking area and worn out lawn. Work was carried out to a very high standard, and exactly what we hoped for. Quality of materials used was also very high. Zack Stanley himself is both a tireless worker and a great communicator. He takes the time to understand exactly what you want, making practical suggestions based on years of experience, and always checking if any alterations have to be made. Can't recommend this firm enough - we'll definitely be getting them back for another big garden job soon!

I was highly impressed with Steve who built me a block paved driveway. His price was sensible and the quality of my finished drive was exceptional. He is hard working, honest, reliable and highly experienced. He arrived early most days and cleaned up at the end of each day. The drive was actually very complex to build due to its natural line bringing water towards my house as well as having to meet and a fixed wall one side and another driveway on the other. Fortunately Steve's experience solved all these issues and my driveway is faultless. I genuinely can not fault him and have asked him to do some other jobs for me as a result.
