I've also acted as supervisor for a large groundworks and civils company a few years ago - in partnership with Tamdown on a council housing project on the Isle of dogs. My name is Michael and I have been a bricklayer for 44 years, I served my City and Guilds apprenticeship at Erith College of Technology starting in 1981. I worked on site, house building for the first 25 years of my career and then decide to become a sole trader and work for myself.
