I asked Prohaus to undertake a ground floor side return and rear extension as part of the refurbishment of my flat in Putney. I have used many builders before on development projects but was especially impressed with Naz and his team on this build. It was the first time I used them and won’t be the last. Naz was great to work with, the whole build went smoothly and he always had a positive attitude and solution to any unexpected issue. The build came in on time and budget which was very impressive in itself. All in all I would highly recommend him.

Fully electrify a new rear, 2 storey side, porch extension and shed. Arek was always the first one on site, worked very professionally, interacted well with the other builders and was happy to accommodate minor changes to the project. We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!
