I hired Daniel, who was very professional in his communication. The appointment was booked for one month's time. A couple of days before, he kindly informed me he had to cancel. I did appreciate that. When we tried to book again, we couldn't find a date that worked. Daniel then said, I'm not available till next year. How frustrating is it when the tradesmen you choose to work with cancel last minute after you have waited 4 weeks. I hve asked for another date but i have had no response as of yet, after 2 weeks waiting.

From start to finish the team were great. Clean (as much as you can be with all the brick dust and rubble), tidy and good natured. My neighbours loved them! We had a small front extension with loads of interior work so although it didn't look much from the outside there was a lot going on inside. They worked tirelessly through the hottest summer in 40 years and the job was completed on time and in budget. We had extra bits and pieces done as the job went on and the additional costs were clearly communicated. Progress updates were plentiful with regular WhatsApp picture updates while we were on holiday. Would absolutely use the team again and happily recommend them - actually already have :)

I contacted Peter through my builder & we arranged a meeting to show him the job,he arrived when he said & I could see his experience straight away,Peter took on quite an extensive job block paving around a swimming pool & building large steps plus add on patio areas,he &this team were on time,polite and courteous through out the job in extremely diverse weather conditions which can sometimes turn the best of us into not wanting to be there,but this was not the case with Peter,a studious & competent builder,I would recommend him at a moments notice.

I would thoroughly recommend Michael for his work of cutting out old mortar around approximately 100 frost damaged bricks, removal of the bricks and replacement with new matching bricks, pointing etc. Very professional job with final clean up and inspection.
