These guys were amazing!!! They have done a fanstasic job. There standard of work was extremley high. They turn up on time every day monday to friday and they also offered to work the weekends to speed up the project if needed...... which i did. The price was very competitive and i would definitely use them again always! Get them while you can!

Charlie’s knowledge (inc the team) is extensive and he only wants to do the job correctly without shortcuts. This man has no clue about building he is by far the worst brick layer I've ever used and I've built 12 new houses he and his workers ricky and some others clowns arrived at my plot after accepting his quote to build a 3bed house and garage when he started every thing seemed fine as I was working elsewhere I didn't really keep an eye on him there ignorance of the profession gives other builders a bad rep he and he's untidy layboures have left a complete mess from untidy brick work to a ignorance for building regs and I have the photos to prove it i wasn't there when I payed niel yarnold when I got back to site I had a good look around I found so many problems with the work from the most basic of things heads and sills are totaly out position window openings completely wrong got to the first floor that's when we stoped him after paying them every week when I told him about the problems building control had he wouldn't come back to Finnish the job I was lucky to get another team to rectify his mess I can't believe niel yarnold is a builder, Ps I know don't know where he's referencing comes from ❓

Did an excellent job for us, repairing a leaking flat roof. He advised on extra work that was found necessary once the job was underway (rotted roof timbers) and completed the job on time and in good order, clearing up nicely afterwards. Recommended!

Absolutely delighted with the work. We had some re-rendering done, pebble-dashing replaced, walls and tiles painted, and a leak fixed in the guttering as well as that being cleared out. Ashley kept us informed throughout the work, all his workers arrived as scheduled, were friendly and tidied everything away each day. Are discussing more work with Active and I'm sure we will employ them for that too.

Dan has done a couple of jobs for me recently and I would highly recommend him. I hired him initially to lay a new patio for me, and he did a fantastic job - I couldn’t have been happier with the results or his professionalism/ attention to detail. Consequently I hired him to lay my wooden floors on the ground floor of my house and, again, he did a superb job. I have already warned him I’ve got a few more jobs for him later in the year - a man of many skills!

excellent job done I am so happy I had brick walls and a brick porch window and door done by this man Richard and it is top class looks so smart he worked well cleaned his mess up and was not slap happy with the brick work and turned up on time every day, I watched him a couple of times out the window and he does the work to perfection and on top of that his price was good I am having future work done by him as I have a good builder now and I intend to have the work done by him all the time I was wary after another builder recommended by a friend done a bad job and took my money and did not return but that's in the past now and RMS has put everything right . p.s people are driving past my house nearly bumping into each other looking at my garden and walls and porch as I live on a main road also everyone walking by has said it looks very nice I have even had a note put through my letter box from one of the neighbours saying it looks beautifull :-) I recommend this builder so much now I have had a job well done.

Archie was very good with updating us on start times and any change of plans. The work started on schedule and the arrival of the building materials and skip was well timed as well. Along the way, Archie offered good advice and design suggestions. Due to various issues along the way, the final tidy up and finishing touches took a couple of weeks and a bit of chasing, but overall we're happy with the end result. Our new stairs and patio look great. The cost of the work was reasonable as well.
