We love our new patio thanks to Tom and his excellent workmanship. Instantly when my wife & I met him we knew he was the right man for the job. He is such a nice chap and very professional in his approach. Following our first meeting with Tom, he then came back to our home with a selection of stone so we could pick out what we wanted. We felt this was an extra added touch as it gave us a better idea of what would suit our garden. Throughout the job Tom was very punctual, tidy and worked so hard. His attention to detail was exceptional and we really felt that he was doing the patio to the standard he would want in his own home. We found him very honest & trustworthy so much so we had no hesitation to leave our property unlocked when we had to leave the house. We do want to get some further work done at the bottom of our garden & to the entrance of our house and will be defiantly getting Tom back to do this. We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I asked Steve to quote for laying ply to level off my floor. I had already had a small area replaced due to a leaking shower. Steve straight away noticed the ply had not been fitted properly and was not sitting flat on the floor. I arranged for him to come back and re-fit it and lay some more ply. Whilst having wood floor fitted I encountered a leaky radiator. I called Steve and he was there within the hour and drained down the heating system and replaced the valves. I found Steve to be honest and polite. He has a lot of building, gardening and general maintenance knowledge. I would definitely recommend him.

Jonathan arrived promptly to give me a quote to have a gate moved and a concrete path from the new gate into the garden. Jonathan looked at what I had drawn up and suggested alternative ways of doing things which seemed a lot better even saving me money. I'd had 5 quotes previously for this job over 18months and Johnathan was the only one I had felt confident with to employ him. One difference was that he listened to my requirements and then gave me 3 separate quotes for each way it could be done so I could choose what I could afford. The quotes were extremely reasonable and I employed him straight away. As he had a day slot free he started the next day then returned, with a days break, for 2 more days. After posting my job last weekend this weekend the whole job is finished and it looks fantastic. All through the work Johnathan would check with me if a problem arose before proceeding which was very reassuring. The job has been completed to a very high standard and he's left everything clean & tidy too. I am a very happy customer with two more jobs lined up for him to quote for. Very pleased with his work very reliable. Well done Johnathan you done a grand job, thank you. X

Paul, Jason, lee, must say are nice guys, however they do leave a mess when they leave, they forget your a private client and not a builders yard. Need to work on respect for your property, simple things like shutting the gate, bringing cups in after finished with, and respect for you and property. Work was ok but felt disrespected as a customer. This is important so won't use them again.

Bathroom Fitting- 9 Apr 2018
We opted to contract out the renovation of our bathroom and after meeting a few different builders went for Nick and his team. Despite being new to the site and having no feedback he had genuine reasons for this (operating on referrals and now looking to expand) and while not the cheapest, priced the job fairly with itemised details of the work to be carried out which we appreciated Due to a delay initially on our part and then his due to taking another bigger job in the interim which was delayed due to weather the work was fragmented over a few weeks rather than the initial quoted week and did exceed initial quoted working time although we were clear upfront there was no immediate time pressure and therefore need to rush so this didn't impact us greatly. Nick and his dad carried out all general building, tiling and basic electrical work while Plumbing/Electrics and Plastering were subcontracted. General standard of workmanship was high, we had a couple of snags as always with a bigger project which were complicated somewhat by us not being on site and having to communicate via phone although everything was resolved to our satisfaction and Nick was considerate of our lists of demands. Another point worth noting is Nick and his team were very tidy with rubbish either taken out immediately or stored in bags leaving minimal/no mess behind. Will be asking him to quote on future work and happy to have found and added him to our growing trade contact book.
