It was a complex job requiring the removal of an earth bank, ground works to include reinforcements to an independent engineer's specification, and re-erection of a boundary wall in a locally listed area against a busy road. We had some problems during the works but all were resolved to mutual satisfaction and with good humor. The end result is a high quality, solid wall of which Dave and his team should be proud

The job I advertised was to build a double tandem garage off the side of an existing detached double garage which had a Pyramid Hipped roof, Mark arrived in good time and advised me of my best options based on the existing garage position, as I wanted the garage to be in keeping with the existing garage Mark suggested we went for a Hip and Valley roof. Mark gave me a competitive quote and we agreed a start date, I then gave it more thought and changed my requirements extending the length adding a outhouse and side workbench area, this resulted in a whole redesign and added another two Hip and Valley's to the roof, the design was agreed and Mark contacted local Council to check the foundation requirements as the land is built up and normal footings wouldn't meet reg's, Planning guy turns up and gives us the bad news that the foundations would need to be of beam and block construction, this meant a load of additional work and planing had to be carried out, Mark said he could arrange all the additional contractors and managed the whole project, we agreed another competitive quote and the work commenced.In total we ended up with 50 tons of concrete and the beam and blocks, the roof is a work of art with all the Hips and Valley's.Overall I am very happy with the work Mark and his team have done and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of building work undertaken, he is very flexible, turns up when he says he will turn up and is very competitive with his prices.
