Lewis did a great job for me filling an awkward gap between 2 buildings. He didn't have any feedback but I suppose everyone has to start somewhere. He managed to handle my difficult neighbour with ease too. For any brick work I would not have any hesitation in recommending him.

Neil and his son from the start was professional and honest about the work we needed to get done in our kitchen. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. Everything was taken care of, from the architect to the electrician, getting steel beams delivered to plastering and coving. I would highly recommend him.

Struan fitted a side door for me, including frame and replaced a damaged lintel. The door is good quality though had some fitment issues initially, however he did persevere with it and the end result is good. Overall happy with the the service at a fair price.

Where do I start with Kev? What an absolute superstar! Having previously been let down by other tradesman and frankly having had plenty of bad experiences over the years Kevin is a thoroughly decent man, who I cannot recommend highly enough. We initiated contact about 8 days ago and within that time he has completed the job to a fantastic standard and been at the end of a phone assisting with questions and queries the whole time. As somebody who is very much a novice at anything DIY, it was amazing to be able to lean on Kev for advice and him actually answer his phone, call or text back. Nothing is too much to ask. He does what he says he is going to do and will guide you through every step of the process. We have already booked him again to do the rest of our garden project and I’m over the moon I was able to find him via this site. Absolutely loved his company over the two days he was with us, the only down side is he’s a West Ham fan! If you want a job done, hire this bloke! Absolute diamond

Hi I’m jay and I’m a qualified carpenter that specialises in general carpentry and roofing. I can fit doors,windows (velux/upvc), can do all aspects of 2nd fix ( doors/skirting/arkitrave/ spindles/ handrail, window boards etc). I can also cut on roofs and do roofing ( felting, battening, tiling). Also can do 1st fix (structural floors, stud walls and linings, flooring , insulation, plasterboarding etc. also can lay slabs/blocks and fit steels if needed. Also happy to do any smaller jobs if needed so don’t hesitate to ask!

The project was a garden wall incorporating vertical plank fencing. We received a competitive quote and were very happy with the workmanship and reliability in completing the work despite less than ideal weather. Steve and Leigh are very versatile. Despite working in the industry I had very little available time to develop a full brief. Steve and Leigh worked with me to get the job done within my desired timescales and budget despite me making changes throughout. That can come at a cost with other contractors but Steve and Leigh were very reasonable in that respect.
