Michael provided me with a quote to cut a door way into a garage, repair some broken brickwork in said garage and to build a concrete base for a shed. Not only was the quote was extremely competitive but Michael quickly grasped what I was trying to achieve and provided invaluable advice as well suggestions to improve the plan. Once the quote was agreed Michael and his colleague commence work a few weeks later and completed all the works in 3 days and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Throughout the works Michael kept me informed about what was happening and the site was kept tidy at all times. I would have no hesitation in hiring Michael and his colleague again and would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring building works.

Mitch and his team were efficient at building the retaining wall in my garden, working on a Saturday to get the job done. The work was completed to a very high standard. The wall had to be left slightly unfinished in order for other works to happen first, so Mitch promised to come back and finish off the wall at no additional cost later in the week. After some chasing, Mitch came back to finish the wall by himself the following Saturday. This was also completed to a high standard. We would highly recommend Mitch’s service for an efficient, high standard output.

Calvin and Jimmy have been absolutely brilliant, and have been the best builders that I have employed. So much so, that I have subsequently asked them to do a whole shopping list of things, from fitting a kitchen to removing an old fireplace. They are always on time, very polite, kind and knowledgeable. Best of all, they get things done quickly without any fuss. Calvin has been invaluable in sourcing items from trade required for the latest project, and clearly talks through requirements of any project. I cannot praise Glenn highly enough. Before quoting for the project, Glenn asked all the right questions, brought along samples, planned the schedule, let us know how he would proceed and how it would fit into other work. Glenn kept us up to date on things when weather intervened and the finished result is perfect. After each day, Glenn took extra trouble to clear up any mess and left the site spotless even bringing some grass seed to make good a small area where he had left a wheelbarrow and supplies. We would recommend this builder without reserve.

Repair and strengthen a retaining wall. The site was very difficult to access and on a slope, but the job was done very well and left clean and tidy at the end. We weren’t asked to pay anything up front, payment in 3 installments, the last at the end of the job. We’re delighted with the end result. The bricklayers arrived on time and job was completed in the time schedule despite some problems with the weather. Can definitely recommend.

Poor workmanship .top left tier came away in my hand.Failed to do the brickwork properly. Did not return to try to fix until following week…denied it was his fault. Claimed it was overnight wind or one of the posh allotment holders!!!! Lack of tie ins or stepping fully. Messy. Took water improperly from another allotment plot rain water tank when I had organised water from a friend of mine nearby.Got me into trouble with Allotment association. nearby.Turned up today hrs earlier than agreed.Therefore trespassed onto allotments. Quite stroppy and would never ever recommend.Trusted this man and paid him £900 cash to include materials.Never received breakdown or receipt. Cowboy. Should never be on this site. Monday 28 Feb Name withheld
