We had work done less than a year ago with multiple issues which had to be pointed out and asked to be rectified. I had a massive hole put through my wall and just filled with mortar and refused to be fixed on the inside of my property. I had to even the surface and plaster myself. Zach intentionally skipped jobs and only completed these on inspection. Two chimneys was included in the agreement but he later went back on this and demanded extra money for the work which we had to pay. Didn’t wash the building as promised. Didn’t clean gutters as promised as they were full of mortar and caused blockages when raining. As soon as he got paid spoke to me with great disrespect simply for wanting the job done as he promised and rectify the issues he caused. Extremely unprofessional. Now we are having issues with water ingress after mortar has come off and he is refusing to rectify once again.Ignoring all communication. AVOID. Bogdan himself is extremely knowledgable and his years of experience in industry is clear to see, which makes choosing him great value for money. Before and during the project he offered solutions that we hadn't considered and the would in fact save us money and be of benefit to us in the future. His team is punctual, reliable, diligent, speedy and clean! They take pride in their work which has led to a highly satisfactory work in the final build. Bogdan also has great connections to third parties (e.g. to flooring and curtains/blinds providers) which is very valuable, especially when trying to coordinate different aspects and timings of a full house redecoration. His quotes and payment structures are fair, clear and concise which is also very helpful. His communication is excellent too. All in all, Bogdan's great work took away a huge amount of stress during these projects. I would highly recommend Bogdan and his team for any prospective works someone is considering.

Thomas sent me a clear break down of work needing done at a very reasonable price. He started the work as agreed, worked through 8 hours and completed a superb job. He is extremely knowledgeable, took great care to complete the wall as it no doubt was in its original 1900 condition - added a few extra stones not part of the original estimate. I cannot recommend ‘Tam’ more than my total satisfaction of the work I’ve outlined. He was meticulous in clearing and tidying when work completed. Tan also does many household jobs and I will certainly use him in future and pass on his details to friends and family - some already asking for these! Fiona DURKIN

After contact Bill gave me a price and came 2 days later.Overall found him very likeable and efficient his health needs to be improved but I assume he prefers smaller jobs because of this. Cheers Bill take care mate. Got the poly carbonate u advised about but a different supplier.Paid cash wink wink.

This was work to a commercial unit. Jason and his team were absolutely excellent. Sensible pricing and started and completed the work as he'd promised. Removed all rubbish and left it clear and tidy. He organised an electrician and plumber and found a sensible solution for a damp problem that was uncovered during the works. Highly recommended...and nice people to deal with too.

Martin was top notch and deserves the positive feedback. Conscientious, friendly and did a great tidy job. He opened up some window apertures, built a porch and carried out some remedial work (where no lintel was installed but should have been) above our side door. We've got other work lined up and we'll definitely use him again.
