Highly recommend Jack. His work and his word speak for himself. He done what he said he was going to do and I am happy with the result. It was a little job and he was hour away and is also busy and he still made the effort in coming to see me. Which speaks volumes when builders close by don't make the effort or let you down. I recommend Jack and give him 9/10 for his work and 1/10 for his banter. 😉Thanks Jack

Klinsman did 2 jobs for me: replaced my box gutter and re-felted my flat roof. I was very happy with the quality of work on both jobs. He took time to properly explain what was causing the issues and showed me pictures to clearly demonstrate this. The work he did was done efficiently and he finished on time. He was helpful and I would recommend to others looking for a roofer.

I specialise in traditional lime mortar and brickwork as well as more modern mortars. I'm always avalible for questions and advice if I know the answers. This also goes even if im not shortlisted. Very pleased. I wish I could add before and after photographs. Basically it was a very steep drive down the side of a bungalow and LD have created a level parking space at the top of the drive and a new walled path at the side of this out to the pavement. The work has been well done and an illustration of the service offered was the actual laying of the concrete after all footings, retaining walls etc. had been done. The concrete arrived in torrential rain and having spread it and waited for three hours until 7 p.m. the rain did not look like easing. The workmen covered it with tarpaulin sheets and left, as I thought until the following day. They actually returned at midnight and worked through until 3:45 in the morning ensuring the concrete was correctly laid. When the whole job was finished I noticed a couple of things that I thought would improve the finish and informed Lee by text message. Workmen arrived that same afternoon and completed these small snags. Excellent.
