Kevin turned up promptly, proposed the correct solution to my problem (not the cheapest option but the only way of doing it correctly), gave a reasonable quote which was accepted. Despite confusion with this website (I thought I had hired him officially but my hire had not registered) he then did his best to fit my job in before Christmas. This involved 3 short visits to the site for various stages of the job. The completed job looks great and seems to me to have cured my problem. I am pleased with my choice of Kevin for this job and can recommend him.

This man has no clue about building he is by far the worst brick layer I've ever used and I've built 12 new houses he and his workers ricky and some others clowns arrived at my plot after accepting his quote to build a 3bed house and garage when he started every thing seemed fine as I was working elsewhere I didn't really keep an eye on him there ignorance of the profession gives other builders a bad rep he and he's untidy layboures have left a complete mess from untidy brick work to a ignorance for building regs and I have the photos to prove it i wasn't there when I payed niel yarnold when I got back to site I had a good look around I found so many problems with the work from the most basic of things heads and sills are totaly out position window openings completely wrong got to the first floor that's when we stoped him after paying them every week when I told him about the problems building control had he wouldn't come back to Finnish the job I was lucky to get another team to rectify his mess I can't believe niel yarnold is a builder, Ps I know don't know where he's referencing comes from ❓

Jamie and Matt worked miracles with an ex-display kitchen I had bought from Wickes. They turned a "pile of cupboards" into our dream kitchen. I posted the job on mybuilder at lunchtime and by 5pm the same day (Friday)Jamie and Matty were in my house measuring up and drawing a plan and gave me a great quote instantly- (no messing about). They started the job the morning after and worked hard through the weekend leaving me with the most stunning kitchen by Monday morning. They are clean and tidy and their commitment to deliver "your dream" is top of their agenda. When the fridge I had bought arrived and it didn't fit in the gap (my fault for measuring wrong) they came back and redesigned the space and fixed things at no extra cost. Cracking job by creative and hard working guys.

Archie was very good with updating us on start times and any change of plans. The work started on schedule and the arrival of the building materials and skip was well timed as well. Along the way, Archie offered good advice and design suggestions. Due to various issues along the way, the final tidy up and finishing touches took a couple of weeks and a bit of chasing, but overall we're happy with the end result. Our new stairs and patio look great. The cost of the work was reasonable as well.

We hired Martin to refurbish our en-suite based on reviews, price, and availability. We provided materials, he handled the labour. The job included a full rip-out, knocking through into a walk-in wardrobe, closing and creating doorways, and a complete refit. Martin worked alone, offering valuable advice on purchases and decisions. His extensive experience was evident throughout. We asked him to consult us on details (e.g. fan placement, light switches, shelf height), and he always obliged. Martin's workmanship is excellent, redoing anything not perfect and addressing even small concerns. He was respectful of our home, not treating it like a building site, and he charged exactly as quoted, despite a slight overrun. Impressed with his work, we hired him for extra jobs, including decorating, carpeting, and driveway drainage, all done to a high standard. We highly recommend Martin. Highly recommended. Ben was prompt, professional and meticulous in his work. Originally came to quote a small repair however ended up hiring Ben to not only repair this but also resolve a problem with loose rear steps as well as a damaged boundary wall. Ben arrived ant the promised time and completed the work for both the agreed timescales and quote. Can’t fault him and will use again without concern for any future needs. Top bloke.
