Many contractors do but an average job but Darren Watters and his gang of keen helpers arrived before 8.00am each day worked without pause and did a splendid job. My driveway was a mess, needed a wall dismantling, a tarred slope, gate pillar and garden removed then a safety rail put up then area completely renovated and attractively tiled. I now have a frontage that has commanded the attention of neighbours with their enviable comments. Darren is an excellent tradesmen and certainly worthy of my recommendation. A nice chap at a reasonable price as well. None better.

I am happy to report that after trying in vain to hire a bricklayer to build my garden wall and being let down by tradesmen not turning up to even give me a quote for the job, Paul contacted me and arrived on the specified date to discuss the quote. We agreed a price and true to his word he completed the work to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with his workmanship and he was pleasant and courteous. Nick was super helpful in rescuing us from a bodge build as our previous builder who were AR building contractors Ltd ( defiantly don’t use AR building contractors Ltd as he’s a cowboy builder and scam artist) From the start, Nick of N A A construction has provide excellent communication throughout project, a structured program of works and a professional completion. The team that Nick provided to execute the works, were first class in all aspects and have been helpful around structuring cost due to monies taken from previous builder. I recommend Nick and would definitely use again.

Mitch quoted to rebuild the corner of my wall after my neighbours cleaner caught it reversing off the drive! Communication was brilliant start to finish. Turned up on time and very polite. He did such a great job I asked if he could come back and quote me to replace all the tops right the way round because most were not stuck down. He came back and did another great job. Also cleaned all the wall fronts down with brick acid which has made a massive difference. He was extremely tidy, no mess left behind at all. Also had 3 people ask for his number whilst he was here so it speaks for itself really. Would 100% recommend Mitch to anyone. He’s back again later in the year to do a small job on the back garden wall. 👍

The photo speaks for itself I was very disappointed with the half job completed just done 3 to 4 hours then wanted to get paid and go. I gave him the opportunity to correct the job by doing the gap between on the left side and do the side wall as well as it was previously agreed before the job started. Unfortunately refused to do the work he asked for more money.

Professional, knowledgeable, talked about solutions to solve problems. Job was done whilst I was out and drove half way across Birmingham the next day to check I was happy. Didn’t think twice about making some small alterations. Customer service likes this is rare in 2024, so much so I think I might bring a job forward to be done. Would totally recommend.
