We agreed a start date for the work, and from the beginning communication was slow and required constant chasing. Alan sent me a full materials list, which I purchased on the understanding that the job was proceeding. As the start date approached, I repeatedly tried to confirm when he would arrive so I could organise my day and be available to help on site, as we agreed for me to b involved as a labour. Despite reading my messages, he stopped responding entirely. I sent multiple messages and tried calling several times over the course of a week and received no reply at all. The job never started, and I was left with purchased materials and a significant amount of wasted time. I cannot comment on the quality of his work as he never turned up, but based on the communication alone I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

I hired Leonard Property Ltd to do some fire safety works to my HMO (as required by the Council), to include extra fire doors, safety panels, fire proofing of meter cupboard etc. They carried out the work swiftly, diligently and to a high standard and at a competitive price. My company works in drainage, landscaping and flood support we undertake all work in drainage from drain repairs using no dig technology to unblocks, we do landscaping from patios to fencing down to garden maintenance and we work in flood support from failed soakaways to ground investigation and investigated problem with dampness and subsidence, we do garden walls too.All COVID-19 restrictions are taken with masks and gloves were needed and I am fully vaccinated.
