After hiring Petru, it was very clear from the offset of the project that he was a very patient individual with high attention to detail and a good listener. As a individual who pays great attention to detail myself, it was very important to me that I received this same level of service from the person hired to work for me, I was not disappointed with Petru. He listened to all I had to say, answered all questions before and during the project and was not satisfied until I was more than 100% happy with the job that was done. After conversations with Petru it was a much better idea to replace the posts instead of correcting their vertical line as they were not straight along the entirety of the row of posts. He was so meticulous with the work that he also impressed my neighbors, so much so that 2 of them hired him for other works within their homes. This was also the same for me. I rehired Petru to build and complete a patio in the garden with a soak-away. Once again I was very impressed with his attention to detail and charisma whilst completing this project for us. He made sure at every step we were happy with his work and the way the Patio was being shaped and constructed. We only have good things to say about Petru as he went above and beyond my expectations. He worked rain or shine and always had a smile. I'm happy to say that he is my builder going forward for other jobs in the future and I am happy to personally recommend him to anyone else should they require it.

He has lots of knowledge about what materials make sense depending on your needs and he seems to have good local contacts in Medway for supplying materials at a good price. He was very punctual and I always felt like he was keeping me informed about the progress he was making and when we would be complete. Andy and his team did a great job removing our old garage door and replacing it with a high quality bay window which looks fantastic. The brickwork was so well matched in it looks like an original part of the house. Andy always arrived on time and kept the site clear throughout. Andy arranged everything, the materials, the window fitters and a plasterer to plasterer around the inside of the window. Andy is extremely reliable and highly recommended.
