John was very helpful and did a great job. He gave me great advice about what ventilation hole cover to install and brought a couple of options along to chose from. He was very responsive, arrived on time and cleaned up the area after he finished with the job. I would definitely recommend and hire him again in the future.

I am a bit disappointed with Liams communications. Although, Liam is a good worker and completed my fence work over a weekend initially. But he never returned my call by email or phone or wats app to honour the 3year guarantee he gave for this work. So I had to employ new fencers today 1st February 2018, who had to reinforce and repost Liams work which fell due to recent high winds. This has cost me further for the work which was already under Liams guarantee. I hope that Liam recieves this message and understands responsibility. I'll be only too happy to accommodate any queries.

'm extremely satisfied with the outcome of this job. Peter's approach to the job was very professional and I was satisfied with he's quotation. He had a good understanding of the processes of the work and finished it to a high & professional standard. Furthermore, he finished on schedule, and cleaned up after himself (something that they all say they'll do during the quoting process, but very rarely do properly). I hired Leonard Property Ltd to do some fire safety works to my HMO (as required by the Council), to include extra fire doors, safety panels, fire proofing of meter cupboard etc. They carried out the work swiftly, diligently and to a high standard and at a competitive price. Jeton and his men replaced 23 fence in my garden within two days! The price was reasonable, negotiated and agreed, they are VERY reliable, efficient and hard working. My colleague referred me to Raed who previously have had used R.Hamandi Ltd for construction work and they were very happy with the quality of service. Along with some other building company's last year I also contacted Raed for an estimate. Raed gave us a reasonable price with all the details of proposed work. He also explained about the possible options of how we could get the best value for our money. All the planning permission requirements were followed.
