For the last 25 years i have been building extensions and alterations to private households. I initially started as a plasterer,then developed my brickwork skills.I later trained as a carpenter, and specialize in cut roofs.I love the work we do , and am keen to realise customers needs and aspirations.I work on one project at a time .

I would not recommend this builder. Started the job well and then kept stopping for weeks at a time. He kept asking for money and then stopping the work. They kept saying they would be working on the house one day and when we would go to check they would not be there. Plaster job was rubbish - not skimmed properly along the top and it has already started cracking on the ceiling and I’ve not even moved in yet. They ruined the brand new kitchen ceiling by imprinting a ring to pull the electrical wires through, then they cut out an extra hole in the ceiling the size of a spot light and didn’t fill it. Broke off the plaster whilst trying to build a door frame. Tiles are not properly fitted in the kitchen. Left the job unfinished, sent me a text to say they won’t complete. Not worth the hassle with them - what should have been a couple of months took 6 months and not completed. They then blamed us for causing delays when they didn’t give full info of what’s needed.

I engaged Ben to relay some flower bed edging stones. Ben was friendly and hard working and did a great job, so I then engaged him to clean my patio and then repoint it. Again, Ben was obliging and did a great job. Ben came by later to bolt my pergola to the ground for me, as a favour. Based on my experience I would recommend him to you.

Where do I start with Kev? What an absolute superstar! Having previously been let down by other tradesman and frankly having had plenty of bad experiences over the years Kevin is a thoroughly decent man, who I cannot recommend highly enough. We initiated contact about 8 days ago and within that time he has completed the job to a fantastic standard and been at the end of a phone assisting with questions and queries the whole time. As somebody who is very much a novice at anything DIY, it was amazing to be able to lean on Kev for advice and him actually answer his phone, call or text back. Nothing is too much to ask. He does what he says he is going to do and will guide you through every step of the process. We have already booked him again to do the rest of our garden project and I’m over the moon I was able to find him via this site. Absolutely loved his company over the two days he was with us, the only down side is he’s a West Ham fan! If you want a job done, hire this bloke! Absolute diamond

I engaged Andrew Bullingham to build a new garden wall encompassing my front garden. Andrew and his brother Adam impressed me from the outset with their honest, down to earth and diligent work ethic. They worked methodically and produced work to a high standard to the extent that I asked them to undertake other brickwork/remodelling works in house. The design of these works were translated from the ‘drawing board’ to reality, achieving an excellent standard. I take pleasure in recommending Andrew and Adam Bullingham and will certainly be engaging them on further projects as and when they arise.

Martin was top notch and deserves the positive feedback. Conscientious, friendly and did a great tidy job. He opened up some window apertures, built a porch and carried out some remedial work (where no lintel was installed but should have been) above our side door. We've got other work lined up and we'll definitely use him again.

The work was done in a quick , clean and timely manner. Mclennans arrived on time and made short work if a serious problem that had already caused a delay with other work being done on the property. I am very pleased .
