Absolutely delighted with Matthew . It was very easy dealing with him ,we both kept each other updated on any issues relating to the new walls . Matt visited, gave very fair price and started works straight away. Assisted by Marco they were a pleasure to have carrying out works in my rear garden. Manually excavated and then built various concrete block walls. Matt is a very experienced bricklayer who worked at speed, assisted by Marco throughout, in building the required works. Delighted with the work carried out and both men were a pleasure to have carrying out the works, friendly, respectful and reliable at all times. We perform all aspects of masonry work; brickwork, blockwork, stonework and repointing. We also do damp proofing, slabbing, drainage, concrete work and roughcasting along with most general building work.
I already had a quote from someone and the guy just priced himself out of the job. However I also had contacted Donald from D & D property Maintenance who gave me a honest quote for the work I wanted done. He turned at the time he said he would, and also turned up on time the next day, he also completed the work in the time he said it would take him to do, very tidy worker did not leave a mess and even washed down the drive to clear away any loose material that was lying around. I would recommend Donald and his partner from D & D Property Maintenance without hesitation.
