It’s a tough one because Kane was polite, but his responses were slow, and ultimately he didn’t resolve the issue. I had a leak, and while he identified the problem—a hole at the base of the chimney—he didn’t fix it. Instead, he opted for the simpler job of just installing chimney cowls. That probably tells you everything you need to know, which is unfortunate.
