I originally left positive feedback for Daniel as I was initially pleased with the fence job that he did. However Daniel by his own admission 'forgot' to re-attach the back fence to the new fence he had installed. Dan came back to fix this problem but unknown to me he had just put one very short screw through the posts achieving nothing. So when we had the recent winds down came my back fence and my neighbours new fence was also damaged. I called Daniel again to be told 'it was not his problem' nor part of his job to attach the joining fence. I have had a professional fencer come and assess the work who had advised it is of very poor standard and any professional would have secured the joining fence properly. Daniel has not used sufficient postcrete either around the concrete post. Unskilled or lazy, i'm not sure. Daniel eventually returned after letting me down to see if we could sort our differences. I advised Daniel that I was not expecting a new or free back fence from him as eventually I would have replaced it. However I did expect him to correct the bad work he had done. He agreed and left. However a few days later he has written to me telling me he is not going to do the work. Seems I am not the only person to have this experience with this trader. I strongly advise to avoid.

Heath was reliable, trustworthy, resourceful, wasn't afraid to ask questions and ultimately did a good job. We felt at the time Heath was young to the business and probably had more learning to do. However, we were impressed with his attitude, enthusiasm and drive to get better and grow. We employed him in 2017 to do the brickwork to our extension. He proved his worth and we hope we have helped him on his way in the industry.

Stu/GSP team have done an amazing job in converting part of our garage into a toilet and maximising the remaining space for a workshop and storage area. From the first visit we knew that Stu really understood what was required and he helped us come up with a design that was functional and achievable within our budget. Stu then delivered the build within timescales and with minimum disruption. During the work, Stuart's communication was first class, involving us in any decisions and ensuring that we were happy with the build at every stage. What impressed us most was the co-ordination of all the various jobs that needed doing - electrical, plumbing, regs etc. Even for a small job, there was a lot of "moving parts" and everything happened very smoothly from our perspective. The build quality is very good. GSP completely cleared away all the rubbish and we know that should there be any issues in the future, GSP will be there to fix them. GSP have a very satisfied customer. Thank You GSP.

I would recommend them for similar work . It required the structural changes, overseeing plumber and electrician as needed and the carpentry, brickwork and kitchen fitting etc was all to a high standard. The workers were polite and respectful at all times.

I Did hard landscape and groundwork for years with some big established firms i.e whitening landscapes aswell as R.R Groundworks. I am also a qualified plasterer for the past 10 years and do painting and decorating. I can also do house refurbishment and conversions as well as tiling floors to a very high standard. Chris has just completed a brick retaining wall and replacement fence in our garden. The job was completed to a high standard, on time and to the agreed price with good communication throughout. The job was sensibly priced and Chris had some good ideas for how best to achieve what we wanted. Chris and his team were hard working and conscientious. They worked tidily and respected our property while on site. We will definitely be using Chris in future and have already recommended him to friends and family.
