Wayne is a true delight and someone rare to find. He came round to quote and instead of charging us for the job, was honest and said we didn't need the work as we had a lime mortar and would actually damage the brickwork instead of protecting it. He went on to explain in detail and give us other advice and all with a smile. We need more honest workers like this! Huge thanks!

Conversions - General- 6 Feb 2019
Nanad and his team have been wonderful from day one. We have had them with us a number of weeks doing all the jobs they quoted for and more, they are fast efficient and courteous of the fact we lived in for a lot of the work. Everything has been finished to a great standard and we are thrilled with our house which has been completely transformed. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so and hopefully have them back in future. I was very lucky to find Cornel for my building work. His team were extremely hard working, efficient and respectful and the work was done very quickly and to a high standard. Most estimates for the build time were between 8 and 10 weeks - my work was fully complete in 6 weeks. Building control passed all stages of the work without any issues. He is equally proficient at the plumbing, electrics, flooring, tiling and decorating as the heavy building work, even restoring my garden so that it looked better than it did before the build. I am in a conservation area with close neighbours on all sides and Cornel minimised the disruption as much as possible and made efforts to keep everyone happy. His attitude to overcome problems and make sure that in the end you are a happy client drives his approach to the work. I had 10 builders quote for the job and Cornels quote was very competitive and the final costs were exactly as we had agreed. I had spoken to a number of his previous clients before going ahead and they were all very impressed with his work and had good experiences. It can be a difficult decision to choose a builder if you have no previous experience and given the potential for things to go wrong - but we made the right choice. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cornel and his team.

Nick did such a great job. He contacted me immediately, was polite & easy to communicate with. He went to meet my tenants on the Friday and they instantly felt comfortable and happy with him. He quickly quoted and organised the work to be done that Monday. It was all completed by Tuesday with some extras added on at my request when I realised how quick and high quality his work would be. I'd happily recommend Nick and his team anytime.

After 3 years gaining experience I began an NVQ brickwork course, whilst also working with a brickwork contractor to gain site experience. 10 years ago I began running my own business managing full projects, particularly specialising in extensions, conversions and bespoke joinery and have extensive experience of planning and building in London.

Once Paul was shortlisted, he contacted me to find out more about the job. From there, we agreed a time for him to come and provide me with a quote and ascertain some more details. Once Paul came round to see the project, he provided me with a quote which i felt was fairly priced and agreed for him to do the project. We arranged a time and date for Paul to start the work. I had to call Paul a few times before the start date to ask a few questions and change the start time, but nothing was too much trouble for him. Paul arrived promptly, with essential tools and was ready to start work. Once Paul had completed the job, he asked me to come and see it and confirm it was to my satisfaction, which it was. Paul cleaned up and removed all rubbish and left the area as clean and tidy as he found it. Paul even gave advice on other issues i had questions about which were not related to the job he was being paid for. Paul was well mannered, highly professional, very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and kind. It was a pleasure to hire Paul and i would strongly recommend him for future projects.

Tony and his team were phenomenal! Professional, courteous, reliable, tidy and quick. Tony's communication throughout the build was consistent, clear and precise. Tony really listened to me throughout the process; provided advice and options but most of all completed the project the way I needed it. The whole build went exceptionally smoothly, was finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Tony's workmanship is excellent and the final finish spot on. I was really worried about finding the right builder for my project... I simply could not have found better. I got several quotes from different providers and Tony's represented the best value for money. I highly recommend Lto builders, you will not be disappointed.
