Elliott has to be the best decorator/ builder I have used. On time with works and no lies or excuses!!! After posting my job he call me within 30 minutes to arrange a visit. This was the following day. When Elliott arrived he understood my requirements and saw my ideas and advised when he thought from his experience, would work better. He was very polite and professional. I needed the work done within 2 weeks due to carpet being laid. He completed the works within 7 working days. The works involved, Removing a wall, Removing all woodwork, Boxing out pipes, Plastering, New coving, New skirting, New architrave 2 doors, Building an under stair shelving unit, Moving a socket, sky cables, internet box, Removing radiator, Painting of all new plastered walls ceiling and woodwork to my chosen colours. I was even able to get him to squeeze in some additional works. This was creating shelves in my airing cupboard upstairs and boxing out pipes in my hallway. Elliott’s communication throughout the works was great. Even if he was unable to get round my house he would let me know at his earliest opportunity. Very very tidy during works. I have a 3 year old and Elliott made sure it was left safe every night. The finished works are to a high standard and he even popped back to do a bit off snagging on a Saturday morning. When I say snagging it was a few paint marks, re-laying my old carpet and dropping my keys off. I will be using Elliott in the future.

My company works in drainage, landscaping and flood support we undertake all work in drainage from drain repairs using no dig technology to unblocks, we do landscaping from patios to fencing down to garden maintenance and we work in flood support from failed soakaways to ground investigation and investigated problem with dampness and subsidence, we do garden walls too.All COVID-19 restrictions are taken with masks and gloves were needed and I am fully vaccinated.

Craig came to sort out our blocked drain problem. With his camera he quickly diagnosed the problem and carried out the job efficiently. He is a very pleasant and friendly chap and we would definitely recommend him and will call him again for any other problems.

This was the first time we have needed to hire a builder. We chose Paul because on the initial meeting he turned up on time, was knowledgable, gave different ideas of how we could have our wall, and provided us with the companies he used for us to check what he quoted us. Paul was not pushy and was very friendly and provided great customer service. He dropped round sample bricks for us to choose from to provide us with the right colour brick which we wanted. During the build of the wall Paul was punctual, always communicated to us what the next step of the build would be, he always cleaned up after himself and worked longer hours or extra days if he needed to get a certain task completed. We have been so pleased with his work and will certainly be using him for other projects in the near future. We have been lucky in finding a builder we can trust. Thank you Paul for the excellent work you have done for us.

Had a few quotes for our garden wall and decided to go with Bernard as he was one of the lowest quotes and was very local to where we live. Did a fantastic job in rebuilding and repointing our wall. Very happy with the quality of the job and the time frame it was completed in. I would definitely use Bernard again and would gladly pass on his details to friends and neighbours looking for a reliable honest tradesman. You can't beat experience. 10 out of 10.
